"Jess was brilliant, funny, and witty. She was very knowledgeable about so much of the university. She studied at the university before becoming a professor of Latin there. She should us lots of little hideouts that have great history which most of the tourist swarms don’t come close to. She was very patient and moved at the group’s pace and answered any questions."
