Cancellations made prior to tour booking date

More than 24 hours from your booking: 100% refund

Less than 24 hours from your booking: No refund

 

For large private bookings over 10 people the cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Over 2 weeks notice: 100% refund
  • 1 to 2 weeks notice: 50% refund
  • 2 to 7 days notice: 25% refund
  • Under 2 days notice: No refund
